There are several reasons why you might need this service:

• 🌐 Some stores don't accept international debit or credit cards.
• 🚫 Many stores don’t offer international shipping.

In such cases, POSTPAL acts as your shopping assistant by purchasing the items on your behalf.

How to Make a Shopping Request on the POSTPAL App:

To submit a shopping request, add the item to your POSTPAL Unified Cart 🛒. You can do this in two ways:

1️⃣ Automatically from the Vendor Store
2️⃣ Manually Adding the Item

Adding Automatically from the Vendor Store:

Some stores are integrated within POSTPAL, while others are not. Integrated stores allow seamless shopping, making it easier to add items directly into your cart 🛍️.

Steps to Shop Automatically:

1. Tap "View All" above the "Popular Stores" on the homepage or select a store directly.

2. Search or select and open the store profile to learn about deals, restrictions, and tips for bypassing those restrictions 🛍️💡.

3. Tap "Shop Now" to begin shopping from the vendor store within the POSTPAL app.

4. Find the item and copy the product link into the "Add Item Form” by tapping the POSTPAL icon at the dar right corner of the page. If the store is integrated, product details such as the image, name, and price will autofill.

5. In the "Add Item Form," answer "Not yet" to the question, "Have you already purchased the item?"

6. Click on the POSTPAL Unified Cart System (PUCS) button to visit the Shopping products which you have added to your shopping cart. 

7. Select the item(s) from your shopping cart and proceed to checkout ✅.

💡 Pro Tip: Repeat this process for other stores you want to shop from.

Adding Manually:

For stores not integrated, follow these steps:

1. Tap the Cart Icon 🛒 next to the notification icon at the top of the homepage.

2. Go to the Shopping section and tap "Add Item" at the bottom of the page. Select "Manually Add Item" to open the "Add Item Form."

3. Copy and paste the exact product link into the "Item Link" field 🔗 and Fill out all required fields and submit the form ✍️.

4. Select the items from your shopping cart and proceed to checkout ✅.
